Complementing his recently published article on the 1927 movie, Metropolis, a classic silent film strongly depicting an army of exploited workers; co-founder of Liminal Senses, Cristobal Catalan, was appointed one of the judges for the recent 2017 London Labour Film Festival.  Like all Labour Film Festivals, they have a strong interest in quality films about the struggles of the working class and their organisations.

The London Labour Film Festival’s 5th edition was held recently on the 25th-26th November 2017 at the Prince Charles Cinema in Leicester Square.

Cristobal’s works as director, researcher, writer and conceptualist explores multiple issues on perspective, ethnography, health, education and their relationships to new advanced technology.
